Limitations with back, hip, or knee mobility can make the task of getting dressed difficult. Bending may increase the pain or discomfort to a level were performing the task is literally, " Too much Pain".

Dressing aids can help reduce excessive bending or twisting that might be contributing to the pain.  

The average person bends over 6000 times per year putting on and taking off their shoes, socks, underpants, and pants.
